I had gone to Greenway ford to just browse my options. I had looked on there website and liked a few models they had in there huge selection of models that would fit anyones budget. First and foremost, just don't buy a car from Greenway Ford. Just don't. Please. Greenway Ford is the definition of shady, sleezy car salesmen willing to lie and decieve you in any ways possible. And guess what? They don't care. One person actually told us to our faces "we sell 20-30 cars a day. We don't care if people are upset." I made their "job" easy. I went in there. Great Service – I took my F350 in to Greenway Ford for some body work. We worked Chris and he was on top of job quick. I received my estimate the next morning and after some contact with my insurance company they started work. The job was done quickly and it looks great!! Chris would call often and provide updated status on the repairs. I even got a call from Don the Collision Manager to follow up with us. Warning about Greenway Collision – I am at this point worried about my Acura MDX SUV that I had taken there for mild collision repair over 3 weeks ago. I call practically daily now since they don't return calls and have made excuses like "wrong fender ordered. new bumper doesn't fit, etc." I've had my check from insurance company for more than 2 1/2 weeks so it's not a payment issue at all. Horrible service. – I took my 2006 Ford Fusion in to Greenway Ford for various reasons: I needed a full detail, I was getting burn holes fixed, scratches fixed, and a tear in my back seat fixed. I brought my car in on Friday, August 1st and received it back on Tuesday, August 5th. I didn't mind the wait for the amount of work that needed to be done to the car and I knew dropping it off Friday, it'd be a few days. Although, when I picked up my car I was anything but happy.
