I lived in the Greenway Apartments for two years. The first year I lived in a studio on the front corner of the building, and the second year I moved into a slightly larger studio on the back side of the building. The good: Very very cute area. Close to Nw 21st/Nw 23rd, grocery stores, and public transit. Perfect for people who don't drive. No pet rent. Office management and maintenance were very respectful and helpful. UPDATE: Finally moving out of this place and so happy! We’ve gone thru yet another property manager now in 2024. Bristol can’t seem to properly manage this building which is unfortunate. There’s random ppl doing hard drugs in the seated outside area of the building entrances. There’s people constantly breaking into the building to steal bikes and I’m assuming to try to get into any doors or units they can. The cleaning company that says they clean the inside of the building does not do a good job which tells me Bristol is pa... read more
Been here for a little over a year now and we’ve been through about 3-4 property managers since moving in…The current one is great and really tries to make tenants feel safe and secure. Unfortunately, there’s been some regular package theft in the building recently, which is really frustrating, and there is a lot of either tenant or random homeless people doing drugs in and around the building (have found foil and random drug paraphernalia right out front the building doors).
