customer for 8.5 years. it is pretty lousy from an interface standpoint, and very lousy from support/billing/pm standpoint. Been here through the federal fraud settlement, the separate class action lawsuit, and separate PHI breach of our patients data. They are miserable to work with. The only customers are those who are trapped.

The Carrollton branch hasn’t been open for business since 2020. While there were a few employees “in the office” for mail purposes, everyone went home due to COVID-19 in March 2020. In May of 2020, there was the second round of layoffs during my time in the company. The first was the closing of Atlanta, Lake Mary, and other offices in 2017.
