Take weeks to resolve an issue, if they respond at all, that is.
60% rent increase. No trash service in November. Now my utilities increase $100. It just did, was the answer I got. They are openly angry that I questioned them.
Horrible management, living in a inhumane environment. Rats in the walls , roaches crawling up the wall. My daughters being sick constantly. Called corporate and even emailed them and still nothing. The office staff doesn’t know how to handle the situation. Maybe this will get their attention.
They have yet to respond to my email when I am a resident at one of their properties. They have yet to address the issues mentioned, even when calling you cannot get through to someone. All you can do is leave a message, which never geta an answer.
