Can’t get call backs and today I called was told I have to apply before I can look, terrible customer service, why would I allow someone to pull my credit before knowing if I like it. I would hesitate to rent here. My guess is they are just as responsive to their tenants. Don’t let the address fool you. I guess customer service is a thing of the past.
WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I moved here back in December of 2019. Everything was going fine until August of this year. It started with the renovations they were doing upstairs. Without notice there was tons of noise (I work from home) however, I understood that I do live in an apartment building.
