I've used several laser hair removal businesses before, and Greenville Laser and Aesthetics has hands down been the best experience I've ever had. Mackenzie and Cathy (I think was her name?) are both great, but Mackenzie has mainly helping me and she has been absolutely fantastic. Scheduling and payment has all been a breeze (I'm usually in and out in under 10-15 minutes), and Mackenzie has been super helpful at price matching their listed prices with Groupon, saving me serious money. I saw McKenzie several times before moving to Charleston. I’ve gotten Brazilian laser 20-30 times around the US since 2016 and she was one of the best. Highly recommend her.
I don’t like giving negative reviews so I’ll just state the facts. I have been going to this spa for a little over a year. In that time they have gone through 5 technicians. It was rare when I went for an appointment and there wasn’t a new lady doing my Brazilian laser. The last time I went the new ladies couldn’t figure out my name or what I was there for, despite having charts in their hands and being told by myself several times.
