It’s thanksgiving and after calling over 6 times on Wednesday when they were open all day, and the staff telling me someone will call me back and let me know what my test results are so I can see my family today; I am left hanging once again. No call no results. They sent me an email today saying the results are in the portal, but they are not in there either. Most recent results are from august not November. Nice people but from a professional standpoint it’s not so great. They’ve forgotten to schedule appointments, they don’t send referrals or orders in a timely manner, etc. Not very impressed. I’ve worked at a clinic before, and respectfully, I would’ve lost my job for these types of things. I understand we’re all human but it happened more than once; we never had a positive experience.
