I have been going there for about 15 years and have always received excellent care from the staff. My favorite doctors office by far.
The front desk staff are very unfriendly,they have no personal skills,Doctors are great,they should not(front desk)in this profession if they cannot have personal skills that show warmth,and welcoming.I am spending money for a service,you are getting paid to give the service,so you should not act if as though we ruined your day for coming in.My dog would be nicer .
From out of state and Google brought me here. The staff and Dr Quinn and Kim made me feel comfortable and safe in dealing with my issue. I was in and out in know time at all. Leaving with my questions answered and explained everything I need to know and more. Shame I dont live here cause Dr Quinn would be my go to Dr. Best money for medical car I ever spent. Thank you Greenville Health Care Center.
Be way more selective about the front desk staff. This is the face of your practice. What you have now is a rude, incompetent, and inept thing that's potentially an enormous liability.
Awesome business and a a Big Shout our To Dr. Lee Quinn thank you so very much was experiencing heartburn 24/7 and not sleeping..... three days no heartburn and 2 nights slept all night! Thank you and all your wonderful staff! God bless you all!
