I have tried making an appointment. No one wants to answer the phone now days, they want you to fill out a form online or leave a message. Done both and still just CRICKETS!!!!
We had an appointment in Dec '24 and when we got there, office was closed and they had been on vacation a week with 2 more weeks scheduled out of office, but no one notified us of cancelation of our appt. Plus it is a 65 mile trip,one way, to their office. Again I scheduled an appointment and later tried to call to reschedule due to a conflict with school activity, but guess what, could not get thru on phone after 3 tries to reach them.
