Mary and her team did an incredible job with my grandmother's memorial flowers. She checked in a couple times to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, which I really appreciated. They even match the colors of the arrangements I ordered to the one my mother ordered separately, which was an amazing touch. Highly recommend this business, and will use them for any floral needs in Greenville in the future.

You can't trust this place. They let loyal clients down on the biggest days of the year. This place cancelled my order 2 hours after placing and paying for it. Thanks! (Happy Valentine's Day to everyone else whose orders were cancelled today) Update: further wasting my time! They said to call for them to make it right however they don't answer the phone or call you back. UPDATE: OVER 4 HOURS LATER STILL NO CALL BACK! STILL NOT MAKING IT RIGHT! The people at Greenville Floral & Gifts are polite and ready to assist as soon as you walk in the door. They have a wide variety of options to choose from and can even do custom orders! As a first time customer I felt in good hands, the ordering process was smooth, and the flowers look incredible!
