I called the day before and set an appointment at 9:00 a.m. when I get there the truck's not even on the lot, they're out driving around warming it up. I don't get to hear it cold start. they lost a customer I had the money today to buy. they think my time is not valuable. they just lost a sale. that's how valuable it is.
Jeremy was fantastic, we had our only truck there and Jeremy got our truck done as fast as he could. Would answer our calls and questions daily and calmed our stress due to not having a vehicle to get to work.
