If I could I would give 0 stars This review is with purpose to warn you about this apartment complex so you don’t make the same mistake I did on renting there. First of all, administration charges the amount they want, they don’t have an amount established, the same apartment I was renting in $1,100 is now being advertised in $950, because 4 people left just this month that’s how bad it is and to end contract you have to pay $2,000. Went to visit someone who lives there on 2 separate occasions. The first time was probably back in February. As I was driving away, I saw a woman run from where the main office is to where the mail boxes are. As I drove off, I saw her take out her phone & record/take photos of my car! 2nd occasion was this past week. As I walked in through the gate, a woman just stood there staring at me saying absolutely nothing. It took me saying "Hola" only for her to ask "A donde va?"
