Went to visit someone who lives there on 2 separate occasions. The first time was probably back in February. As I was driving away, I saw a woman run from where the main office is to where the mail boxes are. As I drove off, I saw her take out her phone & record/take photos of my car! 2nd occasion was this past week. As I walked in through the gate, a woman just stood there staring at me saying absolutely nothing. It took me saying "Hola" only for her to ask "A donde va?"
