RecommendedIt s a clean updated residence the office staff and maintenance stall are the best around a big plus for me is the heat,water, hot water and trash all included the grounds always well manicured I'm proud to say I live here They accept animals here as long as you keep the place clean and pick up after your dogs doodoo much better then another place I lived had to be careful not to step in poop because no one picked up after their pet cigarette butts all over the ground and by steps at entrance way wont happen here if it does ... read more

I have lived at Greenview for 4 years and couldn't be happier with the experience. The heat & hot water continues to be included in the rent and is a HUGE plus. Their management and leasing staff have been nothing but pleasant (on the phone, in the office, through email) and their current leasing and property management staff are the best I've experienced thus far. i lived at greenview for 5 years unfortunatly due to illness i had to leave but my time there was very enjoyable the apt:s were very nice and the outside grounds were always kept up, the mainteness was always prompt if you had a concernand i found the office staff to be very friendly and proffesional" i also met alot of lifetime friends there would highly recommend
