The medical industry is such a joke. Make patients wait and wait and wait because they care about the dollar and cramming patients in. Waited 30 min on the lobby and another 20 minutes in the room before seen, almost 1 hour total after my original appointment time. Horrible. I should receive my hourly wage sitting here and patients should be charged back credit. When this bill comes in I will call and complain. Polite and helpful staff. Excellent care post surgery.
My overall experience was great from the time I walked in and continued until I left. I would like to thank my team: pre admission Ashton, registration Jenny B, pre op Katie, OR/Endo Janet and Amber, Pacu Amanda, CRNA Christa, and Anesthesiologist Conley. Special thanks to the PACU Nurse who was extremely nice and very professional. My doctor was Nagy Morsi and he was very professional and nice.
