It was great people were friendly
I was told that I could wait in the car or inside for my mom while she had procedure. I was sitting in my car and the nurse called me into the waiting room and informed me that I had to stay in the waiting room. I am a health care worker and I am already exposed when I work. Why ask if you want to wait in the car.
My daughter recently had surgery at Greenview Surgery Center to repair her shoulder. We had a great experience here. Everyone we encountered during the process, from the lady at the front desk to the person that brought her out to the car to go home, was professional and kind. I appreciate the efforts made by the staff there to make sure things went smoothly.
My son had an ACL repair performed by Dr Heltsley and things could not have gone more smoothly. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at ease and treated us as if we were family. It’s obvious this team truly cares about their patients. Dr Conley (our anesthesiologist) even phoned the day after surgery to check up on us. Our community is fortunate to have the Greenview Surgery Center.
My experience was very professional. They were very nice. I only had one issue. I want to apologize for having my phone on today. It would be so much better for the elderly if me and the nurse was looking eye to eye. She was letting me know what I needed to do. I couldn't hear every single word.
