BEWARE of any flipped properties listed by Ernesto Garcia!!!! He serves as the selling agent for his own LLC that flips houses “Fine Line Investments”. These properties are absolute lipstick on pigs and I am paying the price. After only a few months, my place is falling apart and have uncovered so many issues: bad drywall, lack of insulation, floors buckling, wrongly fitted furnace, windows leaking, etc.
