If I could give Greenview Properties more stars I would! I lived at Chatman Square in Bayshore between Union and Saxon for 8 years! The best place to live, by far! I lived in two different townhouses within those 8 years. The first Townhouse 4 years, and the second for 4 years. Long Story, but I left the first one, and came back to the second one. Had a roof leak that took them 2 months to attempt to fix. Upon moving out it was still leaking.
They only care about themselves
Just moving out after two years. Could not have had a better place to live. Well built building and well maintained grounds. Responsive and respectful landlord and property managers. I highly recommend.
This company has by far the most un professional and rudest staff I have ever seen. They are confrontational and act as if you are bothering them to do there jobs. They seem to get pleasure out of being nasty to everyone. I wa warned prior to moving in from a Freind of mine who lived in the same rental community, that they were this way, whoever owns Greenview Properties should replace many of its staff members. They should not be working around people.
Stay away. This company is not to be trusted
