Elevator is not functioning for a long time, but overall is a nice place and located in a great spot
The neighbors, the entry way, the roof top deck for visiting are perfect! The pool must be the nicest there could be in the condo world!!! Everyone is friendly, they all keep things tidy and clean. Nothing beats the outdoor kitchen!.. The staff keep it nice, I notice them changing chairs around, cleaning the grill and counter tops, sleeping up, every morning. Greenview has a wonderful Board, I never hear anything negative or gripes about the Board, or the management , which is quit unusual for such a large building. I think ... read more
Cool complex in the '04. The parking spaces for guests are shared with the Barley Bean Coffee house in front of the complex. Entering or exiting the complex from Lamar is an absolute nightmare. Watch out for the over sized Agaves in huge pots that block your view of pedestrians or vehicles!! Its really weird they have not been removed these obstructions, even after MULTIPLE accidents.
