The doctors there are so caring and great with the kids. They make sure you get to see one of the doctors when your regular doctor is not In.
Front desk is 👎🏼. Could never get an appointment for a sick baby. And they never answer the phone.
RecommendedWe saw Dr Flanagan today for the first time and not only was he great and very informative and didn’t mind me asking first time mom questions lol so was the entire staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!
Dr. Wright was extremely rude to my sick baby. He kept fussing at him over and over to “not hit him and not touch his things” when my son did not attempt to hit him at all. He acted like he was extremely aggravated we were even there and gave us no advice on his bad cough/cold. He showed zero care or compassion so I’m not sure why he chose to be a pediatrician. We will not be going back.
CAN NOT GET ANYONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE! I'M ON HOLD NOW AND IT'S BEEN 41 MINS. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!
They don’t answer phones with all those people that work there , they’re rude , and don’t care why work there when you don’t even care , this is kids were dealing with , I can’t even transfer without them answering

Good luck ever getting them to answer the phone. I love our pediatrician but the receptionist are ridiculous. I've call multiples of times to sit on hold over 20 minutes on more than one occasion. Reception is about enough to make me change doctors. Fed up.
I absolutely loved Doctor Jolly. I have been bringing my children here for 7 years now and he is the only reason I have kept coming back. The office staff is rude, and their customer service is terrible. I should not have to be on hold for 30 minutes with the office just to make a simple appointment. For that reason, I have decided to switch doctors. I was on hold with the office for 26 minutes and eventually just hung up.
