Quiet place to live. It doesn’t feel like you are in Philadelphia. Very close to the trial, I enjoyed hoping onto the bike from home and getting on the trial. I found the condos are spacious & offer FiOS internet. You can slightly hear your neighbors but that depends on the behaviors of your neighbors. The smells can draft across units, slightly, detectable if you have a sharp nose. The drawback to my living space was the lack of light. This depends on where the unit is located. Greentree Summit's dumpsters sit out in front of the buildings right in line with “parked” cars, so the stench of garbage during spring and hot summer months is unbearable (“parked” is meant loosely as many reverse diagonally parked vehicles are only halfway backed into spaces on one side of driveway, and paralleled parked cars at the top and bottom of the hill on the other side of the driveway jutt out into the driveway creating bottlenecks).
