Just called to try to make an appointment and the person on the phone was so rude and unhelpful. The doctor isn't taking appointments???? I've noticed that in medical and dental offices lately. Terrible customer service. Plus all the doctors are down in Oakland. Why??? It's a nightmare to go there and all we get out in the suburbs are the crumbs.
