They got my car in within a week, charged the same price they quoted on the phone, and the price was completely fair. Can't ask for more than that.
Unfortunately the low rating is due to an incident when we brought our vehicle in the have a tow package installed. The work was adequate enough. The problem arose when we noticed that when our vehicle went in it had two brand new headlights. However after we collected our vehicle one of our headlights was noticably older, dingey, scuffed and dull. A stark contrast from the other. Very knowledgeable in diagnosis, most methodical and analytical in repair strategy, fast in completing repairs required within estimates provided, helpful with advice -- would not take our 2006 Subaru Outback with 227,000 miles anywhere else between now and 300,000 miles! Where else in this day and age would we get this kind of auto service? THANK YOU, GREENTREE!!
