Rent is up and down weirdly ,it’s almost like someone is embezzling … It’s a bunch of extra fees that pop out of nowhere . Property is not well kept . Lady in office Rasheeda Gabriel is SOOOOO Rude and Fake And has lack of empathy for tenants or anyone for that matter . If you are thinking about moving here DON’T DO IT !!!!!!!!! Save yourself the headache And your pockets the dent for absolutely nothing definitely not worth it

Moved into our place to have tons of issues and they never get fixed just band-aid repairs. All kinds of fees that never were explained to us and they keep adding up more and more every month to a point where I can't pay all of them and the office staff has not been any help what so ever or understanding. The property manager is VERY VERY rude, non professional and dosent give you any time of the day
