Got the keys on Tues, had to leave the pets and stay at a hotel until early the next morning to meet the movers. Got there and there was an obvious gas leak. Gas guy came found the issue, stated the water heater was beyond ancient, I looked it is. Went by the office, Janita was very polite and friendly. Update: A few days after I published this review, management reached out stating they would be better about maintenance requests… It has been nearly a week since I put in an emergent request for my washer as it simply paused in the middle of a wash and will not turn back on. Not only do I have an incredibly large pile of unwashed clothes, but the washer is full of water which is now spreading a terrible odor all around the unit. These are so beautiful Apartments. I really love the patio. It was screened in the floor pads are beautiful two bedrooms with two baths is awesome.I would love to live there just a little more than I can afford.
