I am very satisfied with the support from the leasing agents at greentree. They have been helpful and timely in all of our interactions and it is very much appreciated.
I have lived at Greentree Apartments for 3 years. There have been three different management companies during this time. After Cascade management, FPI management, this new management is doing a great job! The new management, Allied Residential, is really trying to clean this place up! April 2026 update, the dryer finally works but it costs $6 to do a load of light laundry and the laundry room reeks like urine 🤮 also there is litter all over the property. Update Sept 2024 B building shared dryer at Green Tree Apartments in Skyway has been broken for over a year. Hasn't worked since June 2023. I lived here once in the 80s and once in the 90s. It was a nice place to live back then. I never had any issues either time. It’s sad to see all of the current reviews about bugs, mold, crime, rotten water lines, falling apart units, ect. I hope they get it fixed up and raise their standards back to the level they once took pride in.
I would give this place zero stars if I could. Living at Green Tree Complex has been a constant nightmare because of an upstairs neighbor who purposely bangs and stomps late at night because I reported her to the office. This has been going on for almost a full year. I’ve reported it to management multiple times, called security, even contacted the police and provided video proof of the noise and harassment — and still nothing has been done.
