This apartment was an absolute nightmare. Another resident broke the back window of my car out by throwing a large rock from the third floor- while I was standing next to my car. Unleashed large dogs when there’s supposed to be weight limits and certain breeds excluded. At five months pregnant me and my small dog were attacked by an off leash dog. My experience here at Greentree was pretty horrible, I’m so grateful to have moved out just wish it could’ve been sooner. Property Manager named Jordan served me an eviction notice for non payment in October just to find out that I did in fact pay for that month. After investigating my rent Ledger further I found out they charged me an extra $28.88 per month for late fee’s even tho my rent was paid on time. Been living here for a decade and management is trash. I have no light in my kitchen, half of my stove works, my fridge is leaking water, the plumbing is horrible, they dismantled my heater and never came back to fix it, my boyfriend twisted his ankle on the stairs in the snow because no salt was placed, ant problem in the summers, and the list goes on. Rent is cheap but not safe to live in 😒
