The front desk staff, vet techs and veterinarians are very caring, thorough and knowledgeable. I’ve been going to this location since it opened and will continue to!
The staff from reception to techs to DVM were incredibly friendly, helpful, and understanding when I needed to book a last minute appointment for my lab’s vaccines. They examined him, diagnosed an ear infection and offered treatment on the spot. While the price was more than I would have liked to have spent, it was much more affordable and reasonable than other vets in the area. We have a pitbull that is terrified at the vet. They were so gentle with him and worked with his limits without being afraid of him. It doesn't always work that well
They are well organized. We didn’t have to wait long at all. They understood our situation and handled it beautifully. We just moved from Florida to Pittsburgh. Our dog was almost 15 and didn’t do well after the move. It was time… they were understanding and handled everything. They notified our old vet. I got a sympathy card from both vets. I also got a clay paw print. If I get another animal, I will use this vet.
Really fell in love with this caring and compassionate practice with my foster dog.
