RecommendedGreen tree Animal Clinic was wonderful during our end of life services for our 16 year old cat. When the decision was made, the lively chatter on the inside of the clinic became silent. It was clear the staff was alerted that someone was putting down their beloved pet. This was such a kind touch on an already emotional time; something I will never forget. I am truly disappointed in the care of my pet and professionalism at The Green Tree Animal Clinic. My first concern lies within the professionalism and lack of compassion from the receptionist. She believed she had placed me on hold while she rudely talked about my situation to a nearby coworker. I heard everything she said, but took it with a grain of salt because my cat needed to be seen. Very disappointed in this vet. 2020 they took my pet inside and left me outside for an hour only to return me with a $500 bill and no real solution for my pet. I was never asked about what treatment I could afford to pay. I made a small payment amount even though during height of covid I had no income and behind on rent. Highly recommend. They cared for my beloved GSD until the very end Their care and compassion was amazing and I will never go elsewhere Even after losing my beloved Hazel, they sent me the sweetest Rainbow Bridge Card from all of the staff and doctors. I appreciate their care and love and will always go back.
All around great experience with each pet. We have 10 dogs - each visit has been very good.
The complete staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about everything. They even gave helpful information to provide the best care and products for your pet. This was our first time here, glad to find a place that I would recommend a place to others. 😀🐶🐱🐰🐾

Dr Brown! The best vet. Smart, knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, sincere! I refuse to take Wrangler to anyone else(except in emergency of course!). He’s so wonderful with my pup. Today at his one year appt he was looking over Wrangler when a tech popped in that another animal was seizing. Dr Brown SPRINTED out of the room while the tech apologized. NONE needed! He returned several minutes later and apologized, and I again responded it was definitely not needed. That is the doctor you want for your loved animals! 👏🏻👏🏻
