The staff was friendly kind seemed to really know their stuff. Rebecca also helped me look at properties, she seemed very knowledgeable and greeted me with a smile. Definitely gonna let my friends know about this place if they are looking for properties to lease.
I moved into this apartment in July 2025, and from day one the unit was not in livable condition. There were visible issues such as broken cabinets, which already showed a lack of proper preparation before move-in. One of the most serious issues has been the ongoing cockroach infestation, which I have reported multiple times without an effective solution. I liked the apts, prices and location as im looking to move soon. But the run around that im getting when I ask simple questions is enough to make me say NEVER MIND! SHEESH! They KEEP asking me to call different numbers, just to get the same lady that tells me to call another number. I'm over it. I emailed from 10am-2pm just fine, quick responses from them until I asked about move in specials and pricing then it was I had to call in. Good area but thats it. OVER A MONTH WITHOUT AIR-CONDITIONING Horrible communication from the leasing office, they either never pick up (no matter the day or time) and they never reach back out. Maintenance is 50/50 and there is never urgency to fix the A/C that is breaking seemingly constantly.
