Have been living here since 2008. A nice quiet place. The Management has changed 3 times Each time the standards of cleanliness Care Of Residents Response of Office Staff Maintenance problems. There used to be experienced friendly maintenance staff who were in service for longer periods and knew residents well , now there is a fast turnover of Staff. I have always contacted Regional and Head Office for any Major Problems and always got a response but now only Virtual Elita responds so we are not satisfied. First time in so m... read more
Litzy, maria, cristal and lupita have gave me the best experience at greentree. I had an emergency work order and it was fixed so quick and efficient. Thanks to the maintenance team too shout out to Alex Medrano for getting me right!
