Maria is the sweetest she helped with everything from my application to getting the paperwork in Oder and she is so patient and she will call every provider to make sure you understand the process . My little boy was fuzzy but she was able to make him comfortable I felt at home .May God bless you Maria

To be honest I wouldn’t recommend this apartments the location is great. But I can see how this is gonna go…. I moved in 1/30/26 my washer machine didn’t work when I did my walk through I told them they told me that I can put in a work order just to get on the app and not being able to do it. The washer is super nasty I will add a picture for reference not to mention they came out to fix it but it still don’t work but I get charged extra for having a washer. I actually moved back here after moving away in 2020. The floor plans may be older than most college undergrads in 2025 but this property is on the hospital grid and has fiber optic internet with Frontier that always works. Maria Jurado goes above and beyond for residents and is part of the reason why I came back. I love this place!
