Our driver did not pick us up until an hour after the agreed pick-up time. It was the beginning of Spring Break, so we knew to leave 2 hours to make it through TSA to our flight. Despite excellent traffic, NEEDBUSCHARTER dropped us off at LAX less than an hour before boarding. We barely made it on board the plane. It was extremely nerve-wracking. Absolutely outstanding service and professionalism. We used their beautiful fleet to transport close to 100 people for our wedding.
