I have the pure air 1500 and DuctPure, great products and friendly sales people!
We bought a GT1500 through Amazon in the UK. The fan has quit and I'm wondering where I can get my product serviced?
The family is absolutely wonderful, which is part of the reason why the company is GREAT as well! The employees are passionate and hard working! The products they develop are out of this world....you will not be disappointed! I had a mold problem at the house I rented during grad school, and the unit helped clear that up and took away the odors in the the basement.
I'd appreciate if you guys could update your website to include which technologies are in the Gt-50. When I go to the technologies tab it reads 'content' nothing else. Also on the box and manual it does not say anything either regarding the technologies used. Thanks,
I have purchased two GT50 units. They work great to reduce odors. The other day one of the units died - it did run constantly for over a year and a half. :(
