I purchased two pure heaters 6 yrs and 5 yrs respectively directly from the company each costing $200. Both heaters are no longer heating. The heating element is supposed to have a lifetime warranty. I registered my products and was even called a few months ago asking if I was interested in any of more of their products. I’m requesting that my heater be looked at and knowing that I have to pay to ship it Im willing to do since it’s decent heater. I purchased a patio heater directly from the manufacturer and received a unit which did not work. Took back and forth for about two weeks but received a return label and a promise to replace with a new unit. The unit they sent me was repackaged, had scuff marks and a crack and did not work either. Sent pictures and a request for a brand new working unit which I had paid for. Several weeks later I received a box with a sticker saying the unit enclosed was slightly blemished. Upon opening the box the unit was not intact. One o... read more

RecommendedI love my solo. It’s easy to wear. Lightweight. The charge on it lasts a long time. I’m out of the house about 5-10 hours a week normally and it’s lasted me 2 months. Wearing it gives me great peace of mind.
