I expected the guy (Michael) to come in and spray with precision, (corners , along baseboards ect) what I found was the guy spraying randomly - without precision, spraying my rug, along the bottom of the couch, in my Linen closet - spraying my blankets and bathroom mats (my house is very clean so no reason for him to think he needed to spray on top of every single thing) - there was spray in the middle Off my floor - it was a very careless job.
