Great car wash, but the guy that runs the place refused to make change for me after I charged a $20 car wash. He told me that he did not have any change. On a weekend? Seriously? How sad to take such a position that serves only to hurt the poor guys working so hard to clean the car. And he was nasty about it.
Extraordinary customer service. After having a problem I spoke to the manager and they went WAY out of their way to resolve it. I'm very impressed. Great!
