I’ve been to a few dental places in town and I feel it’s almost a universal experience for dental cleanings to hurt or be uncomfortable in some way. Linda at greenstone preformed the most painless, and precise cleaning I’ve ever had. She was so diligent and kind. And of course, the rest of the staff is so kind and makes you feel welcomed. …Also a big fan of the animal videos they usually have playing contributing to the general atmosphere. Thank you guys for making the dentist a pleasant experience! :)

We have been visiting Dr. Niles' clinic since our move to Thunder Bay over five years ago. We feel so lucky to have Dr. Niles as our family dentist. Dr. Niles and the entire staff are extremely friendly, accommodating, and efficient. They also excel in handling insurance matters; we don't need to pay upfront and have never encountered any surprises. I would highly recommend Dr. Niles to everyone.
