I� ll start by saying I love my Tesla solar panels and powerwall. The quality of the installation that Renu did was fantastic. � �but there were a few shortcomings that kept this from being a 5 star review. Starting with the negotiations. When comparing prices for going solar, Renu initially came in way lower when talking with one of their sales managers. I had a great experience with Renu. The customer service and communication were excellent. I highly recommend for your Solar installation.
I� ve been tossing around the idea of solar for quite awhile but there was always something holding me back. This year I decided to make it happen and Cooper at Renu though was patient and never pressured me to pull the trigger. When I finally was ready, he pulled everything together and made it happen. Install was on time, and only problem we had was with Duke Energy being slow.
The process from start to finish has been virtually perfect, with only the battery backup left to be completed. The entire team, from the operations supervisor to the project manager to the install team have all been friendly, professional and responsive to questions and addressed concerns in a timely manner.

Everyone was very friendly and willing to answer all my questions. I never felt rushed and if they didn't know the answer, they researched it promptly and responded to me swiftly.
We had a wonderful experience with Renu. Our panels have been fantastic and we are saving money every month. We are so happy with our purchase and the honest hardworking people that helped us from Renu.
