Everything was handled promptly and professionally from estimate through completion of the job. I've had the system for seven months now, and I've had no problems whatsoever.
What impressed me the most was the friendliness and professionalism of every person I encountered thru the process- and they delivered. I had a lot of detailed questions about the technical aspects and they always found the right person to connect me with to get the answers. The issue of value for the money is very subjective. This equipment isn't cheap and if you're going into it solely on a payback basis it may be tough to see that value.
