We have been very happy with the work done by Matt Schiavone and his crews. They installed several shrubs, a Japanese Maple, mulched our beds and did some reseeding work including aeration. Their entire staff has been fully professional, and helpful in providing us with great suggestions. They are all nice to work with and quick to correct any issues.
I would highly recommend this landscaping company. They are great with caring for your property as much or as little as you want—no pressure. They always offer ideas and suggestions and then they offer to help if you want that. When you run into them (because you don’t always see them coming and going), they always introduce themselves and explain in person what they’re about to do or have just done. Dangerous driver, ran a stop sign, in front of me, on a back road, caused me to brake and swerve into oncoming traffic, Saturday at 2:00 on Aden road, and instead of a wave or sorry, he proceeded to run 80 miles and hr down fleetwood, I know bc I was getting a picture of the tag, these people put dangerous drivers on on the roads, completely unacceptable, I called the office. I’m in year 4 with Chris Hughes and his wonderful company. In my opinion the best thing about Elite is that the owner and his employees care about their customers. Sometimes Mother Nature throws you a curve and Chris’ team will make it right. The responsiveness to unanticipated situations is excellent. After identifying and receiving quotes from several potential landscaping businesses that were highly rated for quality by “Washington Consumer Checkbook”, I chose Elite Lawn & Landscaping to trim our shrubs and mulch various beds as well as dig up some juniper and reseed this area.
