Odd experience with Katlyn... she basically ghosted us and never responded to emails. At first everything seemed great! Her first set of inspiration photos was really cool, but not quite what we were looking for. So we sort of started from scratch and she seemed excited to try again. Many of our emails went unanswered, but she later responded and said she had some health concerns and so wasn't able to answer email, but was doing better now.
