We switched to this company from Wolf Pest Control a few months back and couldn't be happier. They show up on time, listen to my concerns, and were respectful of my home and property. I have not seen a live bug or spider since they have been at my home.
These people are the absolute worst pest service I have ever used. I have dead leaves on my shrubs from them. When they sprayed on the inside of the house, the tech sprayed the corners no matter what was there. He sprayed my kids toys. Incredibly unprofessional and they do stick you with that bogus cancellation fee. Do not use these people under any circumstance. I'm going back to Wolf Pest Control.
We also cancelled our service because of the horrible techs and we still had countless mosquitos. They sent us a bill for $190! They only came out twice in three months and both techs told me about their job searches to leave Greenshield. Totally unprofessional! When I refused to pay it, they sent it to collections. DO NOT HIRE this company.
We switched to them from Gregory in hopes they would handle our mosquitos problem (which they promised). The mosquitos are still all over and now we have small insects that can occasionally be found in the house. When I sent the letter to cancel service we received a bill for $175 dollars because we cancelled within 30 days of the next appointment (still 18 days away) AND we had to pay a minimum cancellation fee ($100)!
