We bought a hot tub and have nothing but issues. They won’t warranty the service since we are out of the area. Had we known that, we would have purchased elsewhere. Very disappointed that we have a $7000 lemon sitting in our yard that we can’t enjoy.

Buyer beware, this company and their employees have no idea how the chemicals they are recommending and your pool chemistry are going to react. I had a perfect pool until I took their advice on my pool sample, and ended up with a pond. When I asked them why they could not answer but said it wasn’t their fault. Then said I need to buy more chemicals to correct the problem.
