Buyer beware, this company and their employees have no idea how the chemicals they are recommending and your pool chemistry are going to react. I had a perfect pool until I took their advice on my pool sample, and ended up with a pond. When I asked them why they could not answer but said it wasn’t their fault. went to Greensburg location today. been going there off and on for three years. bought 2 rafts a couple weeks ago. one never got to use, it deflated over night. the other used twice and seam opened up. I know they had record of sales because cashier asked for the name the perks card was under when zi purchased them. do they are liars too today I returned them. was lied to, got nothing but a run around. manager didn't have enough common courtesy to talk to me. intended on buying a new light for the pool. but I'm afraid it'll ... read more
The lady who waited on me this morning was SO rude! They have barriers up and the glass up, so I was standing no where near her. I put my stuff on the counter and she was so nasty telling me I need to back up ... I wasn’t even close to her! Customer service needs improved here for sure.

Looked high and low in my area for a pool after our old pool finally gave out. No pools anywhere to be found, presumably because of Covid shutting down manufacturers. Have a friend that lives in Pittsburgh that called around and found me the info for Valley Pool & Spa. I called and spoke to Gary and they had a couple coming in and we were able to order one right away and it was supposed to be in for pick up on July 7th.
