This store and people, especially owner, run a smooth business! I cant tell you how well they treat their customers and how much satisfaction means to them. We have never had an issue and can brag about how great our pool looks! All our family and friends who use our pool every summer look forward to coming knowing that our water is safe and to standard! We heavily rely and depend on this crew to make our summers memorable!!!

Amazing customer service !!! If you are interested in purchasing a pool please see Katie !!!! Installation was done professionally and the young men were very respectful in answering my many questions.. Went today for my water test...and again...the young man was so helpful...told me to call with whatever questions or concerns I may have !!! I had a leak in the hose from the filter...went to the store and she gave us a replacement hose.. Just an overall good experience with Valley Pools !!! Dawn...a satisfied customer !!
Sales staff was great. Very informative. Huge selection of pool floats. Offered to test my water so I know what chemicals to use. I will definitely be going back to them.
My husband and I are not plumbing experts to say the least. We were working to convert a small filter/skimmer to a large sand filter. Rick, the manager walked us through the process and when we couldn't figure it out we brought all the equipment and he showed us exactly how to complete the job. This was one of the most positive retail experiences I have ever had! Thanks so much for all your help Rick.
