This was the worst experience I’ve had with a doctor over the course of my life. I scheduled an appointment with them for my chronic wrist pain. I met with Dr. Ortman, who upon entering opens the door and shakes my hand and gives a fist bump to my boyfriend. He asks me about my profession and I tell him I’m a small business owner who rescues cats for a living.
