RecommendedWithin walking distance to campus. Communal kitchen with some pots, pans and utensils, laundry room. Quite quiet even though it is student residences. Free wifi and utilities included in monthly rental. Having checked out a number of accommodations around, this one is a bargain.
My second time staying here. Owners very polite, friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean :) Nice facilities, great location, safe area, walking distance to the campus, many restaurants and cafes, and very affordable price ;)
