Trying to steal personal property by refusing to allow me to get my items out of car. I never received a notarized letter pursuant to ky.rev.stat 281.298. With in 10 days of removal, SHALL by certified mail notify provide notice to OWNER and any lein holders... failure to do so shall result in forfeit of any fees after 10 days..

The older guy was nice and professional but the younger guy was totally unprofessional and rude to the fullest extent also I had my car impounded I know but it's the towings responsibility especially if I leave my car with a sheriff and then just hand straight over to them and suddenly I'm missing over $1,000 worth of items and there was no inventory taken or anything of my car and my doors were unlocked. They continue to berate me about me not having the money to get my car out of the impound saying it's been there for 6 mo... read more
