During these trying times my husband and I needed a break from cooking. We were extremely pleased with our delicious take out dinner from the Greens Restaurant. We stayed in the car as the food was brought out to us with a smile. As we ate at home it was easy to picture ourselves in the restaurant. The food travelled well in recyclable containers. Don’t forget to buy wine to further your food experience.

A must visit when you are in Hudson and the surrounding area. The club is open to the public so take a scenic drive and be rewarded with a terrific brunch (Pigasso Farm eggs benedict and a bloody mary), lunch (Pigasso Farm burger with a fried egg added), or dinner (menu changes regularly).
