My fiancé and I went to Green's and had a great experience. We were needing a ring that day and in my fiancé size as we are getting married in two weeks. We had already been to several other jewelers and had no luck. A young lady greeted us and took great care of us and showed us what they had. I went in and purchased some jewelry for my wedding anniversary and mentioned to Danny that I also needed to upgrade Georgiana's wedding band set. He immediately went and picked out the perfect set for me. Ashley took very good care of me on the pricing and making sure I was pleased. They then held it for me upon my return to pick it up, cleaned it, wrapped it and made Georgiana one happy wife. Thank you all for the wonderful surprise and magical night.
Just knowing that I wanted my wedding ring reset, but not exactly sure how, Ashley and her professional staff guided me through the whole process. Amazing experience at Greens. I had my engagement ring sized in 1 day! Ashley went above and beyond through the entire process of buying, being available through an emergency and to fixing my ring. It's a dream ring come true!
My wedding ring needed resizing and I took it to Green's. I had taken the diamond out of its original setting and put it into 4 prongs. They took my diamond, put it back in the original setting for me, took my diamond jacket resized it to fit and the band. Made it all into one ring. Was the most beautiful thing I had ever seen. I burst out crying and after 52 years of marriage, Bud put it on my finger again. Thank you so much for such a beautiful moment.
I always have a great experience. Today Ashley helped me with my necklace. She had the jeweler put a new clasp on my necklace so I could fasten it easily. She held my baby while I tried it on. She cleaned my wedding set then helped me pick out an anniversary gift. So friendly and goes above and beyond!
Awesome customer service! If you imagine it, they can create it! Patient, caring, kind and thoughtful. Always going the extra mile!
