Be advised if you sign a lease here that there is a sneaky component to the lease that basically states that you have to provide notice if you WONT resign the lease. Hard to remember to do this a whole year out and you won't get any reminders. They simply either resign you for another year (without telling you) and then when you try to back out they take your deposit or you're just on the hook for the lease and have to formally (and expensively) break it. I really enjoy our appartment overlooking the water hazard on three.
I have lived here for 2 years and cannot say enough how much I have loved calling this place home. I am moving out of Oklahoma and that is the only reason why I have to leave The Links and The Greens. I love the look of my apartment and how new it still feels. The apartment area is very clean, the maintenance people get to your problems within 24 hours (even on the weekends!), and the views are amazing.
