Do not go to any Lindsey Management property. I was ripped off with the old bait and switch technique at The Greens at Marion. I agreed to an apartment for one specific price and was told it would take two weeks to get my furniture and get the apartment ready. Five weeks later they left a message at my emergency contact number, not the number to get in touch with me. The staff, the managers, the maintence, this place is absolutly the best place you can get for the value of your money. If you are looking for a place to go that is cheap and worth so much more here is your place. There are no income restrictions and getting approved couldn't be easier. Just come in and talk to one of the super friendly managers and you will be on your way to your lease in no time. But move fast, people know how good these apartments are and they fill up fast!
