I have lived here three years and this is by far the worst experience I have had living in Toronto (over 15 years). The units are spacious but the management and staff do not do anything to keep the building clean. They raise the rent every year and slowly remove amenities - we don’t even have cleaners for the common areas anymore. The gym and pool were supposed to take 6 months to be renovated, it’s been 10 and we’ve had no updates. I have lived here 3 years now and do not recommend this building! I have constant water leaks in my ceiling and they refuse to repair PROPERLY - they just cover it w new plaster and paint every year it happens and won’t fix the actually problem - there are definitely cracks in the exterior of the building cause it happens when it rains. I request this every year and every year they ignore it. I’ve had cockroach issues whenever they have construction, they also made a huge mess and dust when they replaced the balconies and ne... read more
