Awful communication regarding property management. Had to ask for updates on a routine basis. On several occasions I was ensured there were tenants locked in however no leases were actually signed and no tenants were ever found. I've utilized several property management companies in the past and this is unfortunately the only one I feel obligated to leave a poor review on in the hopes others don't waste their time and finances working with this company.
Great communication and helped us close our deal fast. Would recommend Dale if you are looking to buy
