Mr. Bodien also sold my fathers condo. This transaction was also poor. You can't take him at his word. Trust nothing he says, make sure you have him put everything he tells you he will do in writing because if you don't he will not follow through. Hire an attorney to go over every single document he gives you with a fine tooth comb, trust me it will be cheaper. I made this mistake, please take my advice to heart and find a different agent. If I could leave -5 stars I would. My experience with John Bodien was almost to horrible to believe. After my mothers sudden death in May , I was referred to Mr Bodien by Carrier Law to sell my fathers condo. As a result of the high recommendation from Carrier law, I also decided to use Mr. Bodien to help me find a home for myself and my father who requires 24 hour care. RecommendedNeeded to sell my Mother's condo and it didn't even make it to being listed. John did a walk-through on a Monday and had a meeting with other Realtors Tuesday morning where they compare their listings. SOLD!! Thanks John!
