The in house title closing company was terrific. I wish I could say the same for Lisa who sold my parents home who transitioned to assisted living. I was the dedicated POA client. At closing Lisa strongly insisted we should be paid by check due to wire fraud. I said we prefer a wire because a check that size would take weeks to clear bank.
